Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to qualify for a refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
